1.   Sauna
2.   Spa
3.   Massage
4.   Chiropractor
5.   Stay home and do nothing

The question is...
When do we actually get to "May 1st"?

The last thing I need at 11:30pm on my birthday after working 15 hours is someone giving me attitude about something that really has absolutely nothing to do with me.

Just...no.

Celebrations?  I'm lucky to just get some peace and quiet.

Wishes?  I wish for things I know are impossible.

More than once today, I felt my insides tense up.

More than once today, it felt hard to breathe.
More than once today, I told myself to suck it up.

There are days when I don't want to be "here".
Today would be one of them.

Home is where the heart is.
